For the benefit of investors being out for safety we say some words about the Trendmax Warrranted asset fund of firm Generali in our present article. This asset fund is also a fund having fixed expiration, the expiration date of which is: 3.October 2016.

Main target of the SGA Société Générale Acceptance N.V. is to shape a portfolio composition, which provides for keeping the invested asset’s real value for a long period of time and for achieving a real avail much over the inflation. The fund manager differentiates safe (deposits issued mostly in HUF) and riskful (international stocks, indexes, investment funds) assets – according to the investment strategy.

Every time four of the above listed indexes, assets are taken in those riskful assets, which will be followed by the fund as reference index in such a way that the performances of these instruments will be quaterly reviewed.  Those four instruments will create the reference index in equal ratio, concerning the next quarter in the above mentioned strategy, which performed best of all during the past quarter. In case of extremely negative market tendencies the financial resources can be kept also in 100 % in safeness assets by stocks  ( Equity Linked Notes) corporating the credit relations and thereby the asset fund.

Warrantee:

The SGA Société Générale Acceptance N.V guarantees the obligations of issuer’s stocks (Equity Linked Notes) corporating the credit relations during its full term, which obligations contain that the buying course of exchange of Equity Linked Notes upon expiry should not be lower than the highest course of exchange achieved during the period of its term.  Before the term  expiry it does not stand any garantees concerning the value of stocks (Equity Linked Notes) corporating the credit relations, respectively the value of investment units of asset fund.

Actual guarantee level:     1,3673 HUF

As it can be seen, the asset fund achieved the garantee level current at present on the 31.10.2007 –the issue on the 02.October 2006 following. If we invest in this asset fund in case of a present exchange rate about 1,23-1,24, we can realize 12-13% avails also in the worst case, awaiting the term of asset fund. / Note: of course, if the exchange rate never oversteps the present garantee level never more/.
